FULL DAY HORSE RIDING - quality horses

SELF DRIVE PACKAGE

Is ideal for people that have their own car or campervan.
Your full day ride includes helping to catch, groom, saddle and bridle your horse
followed by a flat work lesson with a helpfull instructor working on basic position and control of the horse.
Lessons available for different levels, or jumping for experienced riders.

NOTE: Lunch is not included, you need to bring your own lunch or we are only a 10 minute drive from Oxford
where you can enjoy a gourmet meal, dine at one of the town’s inviting cafes.

After lunch enjoy a scenic farm trek with other riders. You can expect 2.5 - 3 hours riding during the day.

DAY TOUR WITH TRANSFERS

Transfers from Christchurch are included, we will collect you from
your accommodation* around 9:00am (in a fully licenced passenger service vehicle)
Upon arrival you can have a cup of tea or coffee and meet your instructor for the day,
then enjoy a flat work lesson with a helpfull instructor working on basic position and control of the horse.
Lessons available for different levels, or jumping for experienced riders.

Lunch is included with the day tour package.

After lunch enjoy a scenic farm trek with other riders. You can expect 2.5 - 3 hours riding during the day.

After your ride you can have tea or coffee then depart back arriving around 5:30pm (6:35pm on Friday or Sunday)

We are a Qualmark endorsed visitor activity with well schooled horses
and professional instructors.

PRICE LIST - Must be pre-paid when booked - Adult $185.00 per person (minimum 2 people, single person add $65.00)
Child coming with an adult $70 Pre-paid. (day tour includes lunch)

* transfers are available from Christchurch, Darfield, Rangiora, Methven or for cruise ship guests a pick up at lyttelton information centre, Oxford Street.

Long trousers, not jeans - track pants would be ideal.
Shoes with a small heel- runners or track shoes are OK or you can hire jodhpur boots for $5 day
